VEMA suggests to utilize AGRUMIN, based on orange extracts, FAG 105 or the very innovative ORANGE and low cost MULTISGRASS for washing operations of gaskets and seals. The above products can be choosen on the base of specific requirments and odour. All of them are foam free and do not contaminate rubber and create a white and vicose solution that lays on the product rubber surface, leaving the surface clean and soft.
VEMA suggests to utilize high purity silicone emulsion type VE.MA.36 to obtain perfect shining of seals and gaskets with efficient silicone dispersion. In case silicone is not allowed Vema offers silicone-free type DESAP totally sintetic.
VEMA suggests high purity and micronized product type MOSO2 in powder (obtained from graphite or talc) for mollicote treatment.
For settling tanks VEMA offers specific products new formulation high reticulation type PRECIFLOC to separate and eliminate muds or low-cost type FLOC-CATION.
The VEMA antifoam products have very high concentration and are available on silicone base like SILFOAM or siliconefree like SINFOAM able to last even with very alcalin percentage (it can be mixed 1 to 1000).
